Definitive Neo-classical Metal Band
The purpose of this topic series is to determine the single definitive band for each Heavy Metal genre by members who are familiar with them, not debate if a band belongs to a genre or express your feelings about a particular genre. I have requested the Moderators delete any posts that do not stay on topic or adhere to the purpose stated above.

And if you don't know what a certain genre is, then don't post until you understand what defines it and have become familiar with the bands that play it.
